Each landscape is designed to use as few resources and produce as many benefits as possible. With each design, we incorporate green or sustainable / regenerative design practices and strive to:

Reduce waste, by using green earth friendly organic compounds and materials, reducing water runoff and construction wastes.

Reuse what naturally occurs on the property, creating with native materials mature vegetation as well as utilizing on-site water and loamy soils, recycled paving materials and other reusable materials.

Recycle implementing reclaimed weathered natural fieldstone salvaged from eighteenth and nineteenth century historic structures – both hand cut and natural; and recycling construction wastes

Magaletta Designs Environments strives to respect the environment by constantly researching new technologies and best practices in the field of green landscape construction while incorporating the aesthetic beauty and pleasant views already existent on the land. A few techniques we implement in our ongoing efforts include: native plants, pervious concrete, highly efficient subsurface drip irrigation, along with non-toxic soil amendments, and materials that can be recycled in the future. We utilize earth friendly, nonvolatile, organic compounds in creating organic produce gardens and playground areas.

Upon agreement Magaletta Design Environments will provide you with a detailed plan and computerized rendition of before and after photos to help you the client, visualize the finished project! We provide a complete cost estimate for each phase of the design, installation work, and any other additional services. Magaletta Design Environments team oversees all phases of the project from design through construction to maintaining your investment to ensure that it meets both the client’s satisfaction and our expectations while respecting the environment and the world we live in.
